If I were to take allllllll the questions I receive from clients, followers and friends and cook them down into a stew, I would wind up with a huge, delicious pot of: WILLPOWER.
TAKE THIS 3-Q SURVEY TO EXPLAIN YOUR WILLPOWER WOES“It’s hard to eat healthy when your fiance doesn’t eat as healthy as you do!”
“My #1 struggle while out socially is the damn CHEESE. I want it. I want it all in copious amounts. I want that ish smothering my plate until the life is sucked out of it and then I want more. So when my husband and friends order that double cheese burger or that extra-cheese pizza, I partake and inwardly curse myself for adding to the ever so lovely acne cysts that I know I will wake up to tomorrow.”
“My #1 problem is healthy eating in the face of sugar/fat laden yumminess.”
“My number one struggle is chocolate! I don’t want to give it up completely but once I start, I can’t stop until its all gone!”
“The biggest struggle I face is will having no willpower when it comes to unhealthy foods!”
“My #1 difficulty in social situations? Staying away from the super-high-calorie margs that I so crave, especially as I watch my friends dive in to theirs. I can’t say no to a margarita, and I’m kinda the wild child friend, so even if I try and say no, do something lighter/healthier, I usually get crap from my friends!”

In other words (without that strange soup analogy), you guys want willpower. You want it BAD. You want it HARD. You want it like I want unripe bananas to ripen so much faster than they actually do!
But unlike my burning banana desire, obtaining willpower is ACTUALLY possible. Heck, it’s more than possible…it’s 100ooo% something you can create more of inside of you.
